Family of two student survivors of Michigan massacre sue school district, officials for not preventing it

The family of two sisters who survived the massacre at Michigan's Oxford High School last month - one with a bullet wound to the neck - have filed a pair of $100 million lawsuits against the district and others they say should have seen it coming.
